Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to Michael.ColeSchwartz@fora.travel. Please note, however, we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

Argyle Strategies LLC may receive information about children under 13 years of age from a client. In those instances, the information will only be used to provide the services requested.

Our Company’s services, including our Website, are not targeted towards any customer located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and as such, is not subject to EU data protection law.
