Your Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to Michael.ColeSchwartz@fora.travel. Please note, however, we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.

  • SSL Certificate: We employ secure web servers hosted in a certified data center. The "s" in the "https" address of our web pages, as well as security notices displayed by certain browsers, indicate that SSL is in use. Your continued use of our Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

Argyle Strategies LLC may receive information about children under 13 years of age from a client. In those instances, the information will only be used to provide the services requested.

European Economic Area

Our Company’s services, including our Website, are not targeted towards any customer located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), and as such, is not subject to EU data protection law. By using our Website, any customer located in the EEA consents to have their personal information transferred, processed, and stored in the United States, and understands and consents to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
